@wiifiisucks maybe start adding alot more compound excercisings, squats, deadlifts military press etc that will help strengthen up ur base and joints and core and overtime should eleviate that problem
@wiifiisucks Well..I’ve never heard of that before, but you should try sitting down on a bench and doing dumbell bicep curls. Plus, it reduces the amount of momentum.
